Timber Trail Lodge is a FOUR SEASON Northern Minnesota Lake Resort situated in one of natures most outstanding achievements- Minnesota's Northwoods and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness! Timber Trail Lodge is a Northern MN Resort located on a chain of four interconnected lakes with over 11,000 acres of water to explore! Our MN Resort was founded in 1939 and we are now in our second generation of management of our resort and outfitting company. Timber Trail Lodge has fourteen deluxe and economically priced Minnesota Lake Cabins ranging in size from one to six bedrooms. Our newest and deluxe Minnesota Lake Cabins are some of the nicest in all of Minnesota. At Timber Trail Lodge, our goal is to provide both comfortable and affordable lakeside cabins along with some exceptionally nice lake cabins, both at very competitive pricing. Timber Trail Lodge offers our guest a wide variety of family and fishing activities to enjoy. Conveniently located near Ely Minnesota and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness Timber Trail Lodge is unique in the variety of recreational activities we can offer our guests. As a Four Season resort we are open all year and Spring, Fall and Winter can also bring their own assortment of outdoor recreational activities. At Timber Trail Lodge, we have guests who return year after year for their annual fishing vacation. Our MN Resort offers a variety of "Fishing Packages" to choose from that may include guided fishing trips, boats and motors, and either a canoe or motorized boat fishing trip into the Boundary Waters.
